As a whole, Phoenix Metro Residential Housing is still considered to be a seller’s market with lower home inventory so far in April 2018 than April 2017. This isn’t the case for all cities though such as Buckeye where there is more inventory than buyers somewhat due to construction of new homes. Since mortgage rates are forecast to go up this year, buyers have good reason not to wait.
